When we called, the customer service representative stated that our sites were in the process of being switched over to faster, newer servers. They were up within an hour's time.

In recent years, BlueHost focused on a friendly user interface, which is readily apparent when you first log in to their dashboard. BlueHost is simply wonderful to work with and we completely impressed. We thought, "Now, Here is a company that gets it!"

GoDaddy is our third and final strong choice out of a competitive group of 9 web hosting companies.

GoDaddy has been an industry leader for many years, so we knew that they would find their way to score high.

No doubt, GoDaddy offers the customer a very strong and reliable network of servers. Throughout our entire analysis with them, they strongly performed at optimal levels - even during the highest peak times.

In addition, their dashboard and control panel, which had undergone some changes during our trial with them, seems to constantly get back and easier to navigate. GoDaddy really seems to be addressing the easy-to-use interface problem that many new website owners struggle with quite effectively.

While they were strong in every category, they slightly slipped in value. Other companies, even those in the top 3 simply found ways to offer their customers more. Nevertheless, we were quite impressed altogether, and therefore they remain a strong third choice.
